This video shows the two-year long journey during which The CIRCLE's body of work was created. The CIRCLE is a documentary photography project that describes the revolution of possible solutions. As the outcome of a very far-reaching research project, Locatelli has documented the best practices, experiments, ambitions and pathways of this new utopia. The exhibition route takes us on a trip across Europe – as the embodiment of experimentation and sustainable industrial progress – addressing themes such as geothermy, the recycling of textiles, the regeneration of former industrial areas and food production.

Automobili Lamborghini commissioned us to design and produce a video that would express the environmental protection actions that the company has been implementing for years. The Company pursues a specific business strategy based on the ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) concept, which tells how sustainability lies at the intersection of three factors: the impact on the environment, the social impact, and the more internal aspects of the Company's structure and governance. Lamborghini's objective is to create value through responsible actions towards the world in which it operates and thus contribute to the sustainable development of the Economy and Society.

In February 2016, photographer Luca Locatelli traveled to Mecca and Medina during umrah, a minor pilgrimage that can be made for much of the year.
